1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
4 cups confectioners’ sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
12 oz. white chocolate, chopped
3/4 cup pecans, chopped


Directions


Grease an 8x8-inch baking pan.


In a bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until nice and smooth.


In a saucepan or double boiler, simmer the white chocolate until just melted and a smooth texture.


Add the white chocolate and pecans to the cream cheese mixture; stir completely until well blended. Pour into baking pan. Chill for 1 hour, or until firm. Cut fudge into squares before serving.
